Not the right fit?

Not to worry!  We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days from receipt of item(s). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for underwear or hosiery.

Please ensure that the item(s) are in the original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any odors or discoloration from makeup, fake tan, etc.  Any item(s) that do not meet these requirements will be promptly returned to the customer.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you obtain ‘proof of postage’ as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Purple Honey.

If you wish to return/exchange your item(s) please email prior to sending the item(s) back. Please include the following in your email:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return or exchange


If an exchange is required, please include the details of the new product requested (style, colour, size).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We only offer exchanges on items of equal or greater value.  Any difference in the cost of item(s) will be charged in addition.

Credit Notes

In meeting the abovementioned requirements, where requested, credit notes will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of returned item(s).

Credit notes are valid for 90 days from confirmation.

Please note that postage and handling costs are non-refundable thus excluded from the credit note.

Purple Honey will notify customers of the outcome of their return via phone or email.

Faulty Items

We take extra care to ensure that all items of high quality and without any faults.

If the item you receive is faulty please email and include the following in the email:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Invoice number
  • Photos of faulty item

In the case that the item is deemed faulty, we will issue you an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
